Do you offer a delivery service?

Yes, when you arrange to hire our equipment you will be asked if you want the equipment delivered; if so, a delivery address will be taken.

Is there a charge for delivery and collection?

Our rates for delivery and collection vary depending on your location; you will receive a quote when you place your hire.

What do I do if I’m not happy with a certain aspect of the hire?

Unfortunately, on rare occasions problems can arise and we endeavour to reach a resolution as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is important that any issues you encounter are notified at the time they occurred. Simply contact our Hiredesk on 0208 572 1764

What happens if the machine I have hired breaks down?

In the rare event of our machinery breaking down, we send a fitter to inspect the item as soon as possible

How do I open an account?

You can open a customer account within 24 hours subject to completing our Application for Credit Facilities form.
